Committee invites you to attend an open house to
find out more about the designation of the French
River Watershed as a Protected Area.

June 22nd – 10th Anniversary Party
 We’re celebrating Ten Years of Heritage at Creamery Square, Tatamagouche 2 pm!  We are honored to receive a Mi’kmaq blessing with Hannah Martin, followed by remarks, cake cutting, and live music. There’s a rumor that Boiler Bob will visit – in person! Join us for a lively afternoon. We’d love to see you there
June 22nd – Malagash Church Supper
Malagash Church Supper at the Malagash Community Hall, 1926 North Shore Rd., Malagash on Saturday, June 22nd from 4 pm to 6 pm. The Price: Adults $12, Children 12 and under $6, Preschoolers- Free. They will be serving: Casseroles, baked beans, salads, homemade rolls, pies and cakes. Proceeds for the Malagash United Church.
June 23rd~ There will be a fashion show sponsored by Marj’s Consignment Shop on Sunday, June 23 at 2:00 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Tatamagouche! Tickets are 12.00 which include dessert, refreshments and door prizes. There will also be a 50/50 and Guatemalan crafts will be sold. All proceeds go to the Guatemala-Tatamagouche Schools Group, helping to continue the relationship for students between Rabinal and Tatamagouche.
June 29th – The Brews Boys
Join us Saturday, June 29th at Tata Brew from 1-4 pm as local musicians Pete + Ross perform for the afternoon. No cover but Tips welcome!


July 13, 2019~  7:30 pm. SHANNON QUINN at The Grace Jollymore Joyce Arts Centre, Creamery Square. In 2016 Shannon won ‘Roots Traditional Album of the Year’ & ‘New Artist Recording of the year’ at the Music Nova Scotia Awards, and has also been nominated for two Canadian Folk Music Awards. She recently released a second album (recorded in Glasgow) in July 2015 entitled ‘If All the Young Ladies’. This album features Shannon primarily as a vocalist as well as a fiddler. 

July 11th~ 2019. 7pm Free admission. OPEN MIC NIGHT at The Grace Jollymore Joyce Arts Centre, Creamery Square. Once again, here comes some good old local entertainment. Time to get some tunes ready and bring your friends to Open Mic Night At The Grace. Thursday, July 11, 7:30 pm.

July 14th~ 3pm. $20  The Saint John String Quartet at The Grace Jollymore Joyce Arts Centre. The Saint John String Quartet continues to make their mark on the Canadian music scene with the release of their new album, Canadian Hits: Unplugged. This album represents a step outside of a string quartet’s norm with 16 pop hits from Canadian icons, including Leonard Cohen, the Arkells, Joni Mitchell and The Tragically Hip.

July 17th~ The LFMH Auxiliary will be holding their annual Strawberry Fest on Wednesday, July 17th at the Fire Hall, 202 Main Street, Tatamagouche from 11:30 am – 2 pm. Adults $7 and $4 for children under 12. Sandwiches $3. For Take Out and Delivery call 902-657-2321. There will be a New To You Table, 50/50 Draw and a Bake Table.”

July 19th~, 2019. 7:30 pm. $20  MAXIM CORMIER – at The Grace Jollymore Joyce Arts Centre, Creamery Square. Guitar virtuoso, composer and producer, Maxim Cormier’s playing has been described as “a revelation”. His genre bending performances include influences from classical, jazz and world music and can change the audience’s perception of what is possible on guitar.
